What is the refund policy?

All ClinBiz Summit 2023 registrations are non-refundable. 

How will the rest of my team be able to register as part of our group ticket purchased?

If you registered as your organization’s representative for a group ticket option our team will provide within 30 days a unique link and instructions to your email address for each of your team members (up to the maximum number of logins included in your ticket selection) to register individually as they also would need to agree to the terms to log on to the online ClinBiz Summit platform.  

Can I update my registration information? Yes. Any updates to the registration must be made in writing and sent to info@clinbizsummit.com.

Is my registration transferrable? Yes, a registrant may transfer their registration to a colleague from his or her company at any time. However, all such requests should be submitted in writing and sent to info@clinbizsummit.com.

How will I access the ClinBiz Summit sessions online? 

Login information will be sent to registered attendees a few days before the conference via the e-mail address provided during registration.  Logins for groups will also be provided in the same manner.

Where is the venue for the ClinBiz Summit 2023? The ClinBiz Summit 2023 will take place fully online on October 23-25, 2023.  Login information will be sent to registered attendees a few days before the conference via the email address provided during registration. 

Cancellation Policy

All ClinBiz Summit registrations are non-refundable regardless of the reason for the cancellation. If for any reason ClinBiz decides to cancel the ClinBiz Summit 2023, ClinBiz will not be responsible for covering any costs associated with airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors or agents. The ClinBiz Summit 2023 agenda, speakers and panelists are subject to change.
