Where do I enter the promotional or discount code I have? 

To Register Go To:  https://www.eventbrite.com/e/clinbiz-summit-2020-tickets-61904709653

Click green “Tickets” button

Enter Promotional Code (top left hand corner above the first ticket option – please see attached image below).  Click “Apply”.

Select Desired Ticket Option and Proceed To Registration.  The appropriate discount will be applied to the registration fees.

I registered for the livestream ticket option but did not receive any additional information.  How will I be able to access the livestream for the ClinBiz Summit?

If you registered for the livestream ticket option, you will begin receiving emails regarding access and the livestream experience around 1 month prior to the ClinBiz Summit at the email address you used when registering.  If you registered for any of the group livestream options the main registrant will be contacted with the group login information.  Please ensure you check the email address you used at registration and add info@clinbizsummit.com to your contact list so none of the access information is missed.  If you need to update your email address please send us a note at info@clinbizsummit.com

I am interested in both pre-conference workshops.  Can I select to attend both registration?

Both pre-conference workshops will take place during the same time from 1pm-4pm on Tuesday, March 24, 2020.  Therefore, only 1 workshop can be selected for attendance during registration.  If after registering you would like to change your workshop selection, please send us the request via email to info@clinbizsummit.com.

Is there a hotel room block with a negotiated price for ClinBiz Summit 2020 attendees?

PLEASE NOTE:  Reservations made after the cut-off date or after the group room block has been filled (whichever comes first) will be accepted depending on availability only.  Be sure to book early as rooms on the room block are limited.

My organization requires an invoice to process the payment for my registration.  How can I obtain an invoice for my registration?

Please send us a request for the invoice to info@clinbizsummit.com.  Our team will let you know which information would be needed for us to create and send the invoice.
